Plot of the Upcoming Anime

Based on the Japanese manga by Gosho Aoyama, Yaiba tells the story of a young boy living a secluded life with his father in the forest, aspiring to be a samurai through rigorous training.

His life takes a turn when he moves to Japan, where he must adapt to a civilized society. Along the way, he befriends the Mine family, notably his best friend Sayaka, and encounters the legendary Musashi Miyamoto. With the help of his magical sword and new friends, Yaiba embarks on numerous adventures and battles against evil.

Yaiba is a character often referenced in Detective Conan, and the original anime series aired for 52 episodes from 1993 to 1994. This new remake will carry the influence of Gosho Aoyama.

Yaiba is a Japanese manga series created by Gosho Aoyama, serialized in Shogakukan‘s shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Sunday from September 1988 to December 1993, encompassing 24 volumes.

The series follows the journey of Yaiba Kurogane, a young samurai inspired by the legendary Miyamoto Musashi. This samurai sets off on adventures with his companions after his rival acquires the Legendary Demon Blade.
