Upon hearing the initial rumors, Daisy was traveling by plane and was contacted by her company who informed her of the publication of an article. The company then requested to meet with her upon her arrival, and Daisy accepted.
“I found myself in an unfamiliar office, separated from the rest of the group. I was unsure of my location as it was not my company’s usual office. It was there that I encountered a senior official named John, who I will refer to as. Being only 19 years old at the time, I was anxious about the rumor that had been circulating. When John inquired about my preferred approach, I expressed my desire to deny it, as the rumor held no truth and lacked any supporting evidence.”
“Nevertheless, John, who I considered to be a jerk, persistently questioned me with the phrase ‘But what if they have photos?’ even after I had assured him that there were none. He sowed the seed of doubt in my mind, insinuating that if there were indeed photos, I would face consequences. His actions made me feel pressured, and he even went as far as threatening to call the other company (YG) in my presence. To this day, I am unsure if he followed through with that threat.”

Daisy’s final remarks included her acknowledgement that she was well-informed about the situation. She clarified that the dating rumors were not the sole cause of her departure from MOMOLAND; rather, there were several other problems that contributed to her “firing.”
