Jake Weddle, a former member of MrBeast’s team, has recently used Instagram to share serious allegations against the highly popular YouTuber.
MrBeast has faced multiple accusations lately, including allegations of covering up sexual misconduct and money laundering.
On September 5, Weddle announced his decision to step back from social media, expressing that recent days have been “incredibly difficult” and that his “trauma” has been exploited for attention.
The ex-MrBeast employee further shared a wave of new allegations through various stories on Instagram, along with his perspective on the ongoing situation.
In his first now-deleted Instagram story, Weddle suggested that MrBeast’s charitable activities were akin to “money laundering” and called for police involvement in the investigation.
“His philanthropy is s***. Makes no impact. And is basically money laundering. Don’t believe me? Let’s investigate! Let’s get the police involved! Please? Pretty please?” he stated.
Weddle listed various allegations against MrBeast, including claims of faking videos, engaging in illegal practices, and concealing sexual assault allegations with “hush money.” He expressed his candid opinion on the matter, stating, “Let’s say… half of that’s true… that’s enough. Jail. Wanna know my opinion? It’s all true. And it gets worse.”
In a subsequent series of Instagram stories, Weddle indicated he would not have revealed these allegations without experiencing harassment. He urged MrBeast to “make a public statement calling off everyone harassing whistleblowers and survivors.”
“Send me a cease-and-desist. Take me to court. I dare you. Let’s get the solitary footage public. Let’s get it on the record. Let’s get the police involved,” Weddle challenged.
As of now, there has been no response from MrBeast or his representatives regarding these latest allegations from Weddle. Updates will follow if they address the situation.
