The Duskmourn set pays homage to classic horror films from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, featuring sadistic clowns, horrifying moth demons, and heroic Planeswalkers to combat these nightmarish foes.
Exorcism provides a robust removal option in the early game due to its low cost of 1W, allowing players to eliminate Artifacts and Enchantments that opponents use to enhance their strategies. In the mid-to-late game, its ability to remove creatures with a power of four or greater adds to its effectiveness against larger threats.
Although the creature removal options aren’t as extensive as Bloomburrow’s Fell, the added versatility of targeting Artifacts and Enchantments compensates for this limitation.
