Chef Mike Harcz, a popular figure on TikTok, frequently posts videos offering valuable tips for McDonald’s patrons. His content often includes clever dupes for classic items sold at the chain, including a viral Walmart version of their breakfast sausage.

In a video from September, he provided viewers with the three top hacks for getting better food when ordering at McDonald’s.
“Number one,” he started, “ask for grill seasoning on your Egg McMuffin. The round eggs used in the McMuffin are not seasoned. Request the grill seasoning,” which is the same seasoning used on their hamburgers.
“A little sprinkle on your breakfast sandwich enhances the flavor,” he revealed.
