“The Crown Prince Disappears”(tentative title) is a North Korean romantic comedy that tells the story of the crown prince being kidnapped by a woman who is about to become the crown prince’s concubine. On the way to escape, young men and women have to risk their lives at every moment. The spark of love blossomed. Suho received the role of Prince Wang.
In this regard, SM Entertainment stated that Suho has indeed received an invitation to star from the production team of “The Prince Is Disappeared”and is actively discussing it. If it goes well, this will be Suho’s first time challenging a costume drama in more than ten years since his debut.
SUHO debuted with the boy group EXO in 2012. In 2016, he starred in the movie “Youth, To Be Continued”(also translated as: Breaking out of the Point of No Return). In 2018, he starred in the MBN drama “Rich Man”. In 2016, he co-starred with Han Ji-min and Lee Min-ki in the popular JTBC drama “The Sixth Sense”. In the play, Suho plays a handsome, gentle but unpredictable character with a very strong presence.
“The Crown Prince Disappears”is a collaboration between Kim Ji-soo and Park Chul, the screenwriters of MBN’s ratings king “Package – Stealing Destiny”, which is highly anticipated.
