Explaining the New Feature: Global Weapon Builds in Warzone & Black Ops 6

The integration between Warzone and Black Ops 6 is set to reach a new level with the introduction of the Global Weapon Builds system. This new feature will work seamlessly across both games.

Despite previous attempts by CoD titles to integrate with Warzone, Treyarch is taking a new approach with the integration of Black Ops 6 in an effort to achieve greater success.

A new feature is currently being developed with the goal of minimizing the amount of time spent navigating menus. The concept is for a loadout created in one game to effortlessly transfer over to the other.

The new system, called Global Weapon Builds, has been introduced and we have the initial details on its functioning.

Global Weapon Builds in CoD

With the click of a single button, Global Weapon Builds allows you to transfer a loadout from Warzone, Zombies, or Black Ops 6 multiplayer. It doesn’t matter where you originally create the weapon in the Gunsmith system, as it will be accessible for use in any aspect of the CoD gameplay.

Essentially, if you have created a successful multiplayer loadout, you may want to test it out in Warzone as well. In the past, you would have had to rebuild the loadout from the beginning in order to use it in a different game. However, with the upcoming integration, this process will be effortless.

It should be noted, however, that this system was specifically designed for Black Ops 6 weapons. While weapons from Modern Warfare 2 and Modern Warfare 3 will still be accessible in Warzone, they must be manually transferred in the traditional manner.

Additionally, the Wildcard system is also included in Black Ops 6, allowing players to experiment with unique builds. It is guaranteed that all equipped Wildcards will transfer smoothly to the new system.

The idea is to take your loadouts with you across every part of the CoD experience.

The Global Weapon Builds system is anticipated to be accessible on the release day of Black Ops 6 on October 25, at least for multiplayer and Zombies. It is predicted that the feature will also be added to Warzone when Black Ops 6 becomes part of the Season 1 update, which is expected to occur approximately one month later.
