On August 13th, CEO Min Hee-jin’s legal representative stated, “Initially, we believed that this incident was a deliberate attempt to use forced pods as justification for my dismissal, without regard for B. In light of B’s involvement, as she was unintentionally implicated, we have handled the situation with caution and have not disclosed all sensitive information.”

Min then countered the previous accusations by stating, “We have evidence that suggests these are not isolated incidents, but rather a pattern of strange occurrences. There have been allegations of false news being spread, claiming that I protected a deputy leader and lied, and that I was biased and unethical as the CEO. Dispatch has also made similar accusations and has demanded a public apology for spreading fake news.”

During her presentation, Min Hee-jin provided important details about B, clarifying that B already had seven years of experience and was not a recent hire. Despite not having any prior experience in the entertainment industry, B was recommended for the position and offered a high salary due to her qualifications and the urgent need for a skilled leader. Unfortunately, B’s performance during the probation period was unsatisfactory, with issues such as ineffective email communication and difficulties working with the team. Despite being given opportunities to improve, B’s performance did not improve, resulting in a negative evaluation at the end of the probation period. B ultimately expressed a desire to resign and reported A to RW (Respect work).
