Palmetto, Georgia
Here are some key filming locations in Palmetto:

- Piggly Wiggly Express
Palmetto hosts several recognizable sites from the show, such as the church featured in the pilot episode during the funeral, known in real life as the First United Methodist of Palmetto.
Establishing shots also showcase some recognizable images of Palmetto, including the Palmetto Water System tower, which has been digitally altered to read ‘Duffy Water System’ instead.
Additionally, an essential site, the Duffy Wrestling League headquarters, is represented by the Spurlin Water Tower at Palmetto Cotton Mills.

The Ideal Sports Bar is depicted in the show at a real pub located at 1953 Lakewood Avenue SE in Atlanta. Another location, the Cheshire Motor Inn, features in the fourth episode of Heels Season 1, and has also appeared in films such as The Mule and Hillbilly Elegy.
In Season 1 Episode 5, Bill conducts a press conference at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, a real hotel that has also been showcased in scenes from Spider-Man: Homecoming and Loki.
