Since its debut in 2018, Gege Akutami’s Jujutsu Kaisen has been one of the most successful manga of the past decade. In just six years, it has become the quintessential example of modern shonen manga. And now, the highly anticipated ending of Jujutsu Kaisen is just around the corner.
The manga is currently in its final arc, known as the Shinjuku Showdown Arc. This epic battle between Sukuna and the jujutsu sorcerers, including the highly anticipated Gojo vs. Sukuna clash, marks the culmination of the story.

This unexpected connection between the protagonists suggests that there is a deeper history behind Yuji’s origins than we had initially anticipated.
Due to Jin’s association with Sukuna, his intentions become increasingly enigmatic. As of now, Yuji remains unaware of his true lineage. It is important for Jujutsu Kaisen to explore this storyline, as neglecting it would be a missed opportunity.
4. How Will the Deaths of Gojo and Sukuna Affect Curses?
It is widely known that Gojo and Sukuna are among the most powerful jujutsu sorcerers in history. Gojo’s birth had a profound impact on the world, disrupting its balance. His immense strength heavily favored the sorcerers, causing the curses to grow stronger in order to maintain equilibrium.
On the contrary, Sukuna currently holds the title of the strongest being in the manga. Known as the King of Curses, the mere presence of his cursed fingers has greatly amplified the strength and occurrence of cursed spirits.
However, with Gojo’s death and Sukuna’s imminent demise, the question arises: how will the curses be impacted? It is possible that they will become weaker, now that the main threats have been eliminated. Yet, the true outcome remains uncertain until the manga concludes this storyline.
5. Will Yuki’s vision ever come true?
Despite being a jujutsu sorcerer, Yuki Tsukumo was anything but ordinary. As one of the four Special Grade sorcerers, she possessed a formidable cursed technique. However, her exceptional quality was not her strength, but her visionary perspective.
Despite being well-versed in the brutality of the jujutsu realm, Yuki was deeply aware of the sacrifices made by sorcerers to safeguard ordinary citizens from curses. However, while Geto sought to eliminate the unfairness by exterminating all non-sorcerers, Yuki had a more honorable solution in mind.
Her goal was to eradicate cursed energy entirely, rendering the existence of cursed spirits impossible and eliminating the need for jujutsu sorcerers.
