The fourth episode of Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest opened with Jellal confronting Touka, as he suspected her of infiltrating Fairy Tail. Despite Touka’s insistence that she had joined Natsu and possessed water magic, Jellal accused her of being behind the Rebellious cult and stealing magic from the Water Dragon, connecting her to the recent cases of Magic Deficiency Disease. Laxus then stepped in, coming to Touka’s defense and warning Jellal.

At the same time, the dragon slayers aboard the Diabolos ship continue to chase after the White Wizard and keep Erza, Natsu, and Wendy as prisoners. Erza is still under Kiria’s control and is being tormented by her. Meanwhile, Lucy, Happy, and Carla come across Brandish, who has reduced Gray’s size and reveals her intentions in Guiltina, which involve obtaining Aquarius’ key.

Despite having compromised with Laxus regarding Touka, Jellal continues to doubt her true identity. After Erza manages to break free from Kiria’s spell, she, along with Natsu and Wendy, are released. With the help of Brandish, who arrives on the shore, they get ready to battle against the awakened Diabolos mages.

At the guild, Touka thanks Laxus, but Gajeel notices her devious smirk. Laxus cautions her against making any threats towards the guild. Touka storms off, visibly upset.

In his secret location, Jellal confronts Touka and she admits to her dual identity before collapsing from an inner conflict. Gajeel, Lily, Juvia, and Levy then arrive and render her unconscious. Jellal comes to the realization that Touka and the White Wizard inhabit the same body. Meanwhile, Erza uses her enchanted sword to fight Kiria, while Natsu uses his intense heat to overpower Madmole.
