Recently, it was announced by Belift Lab, a subsidiary of HYBE, that they will be taking legal action against Min Hee-jin, the CEO of ADOR, which represents NewJeans. This comes after Min Hee-jin accused ILLIT of plagiarizing NewJeans’ concept and promotional techniques.
Despite the excitement from fans that Belift Lab is finally taking steps to protect ILLIT, there are also those who feel frustrated. This is because Belift Lab’s other artist, ENHYPEN, is currently facing various issues without any intervention or protection from their agency.
“According to a fan, Belift has consistently ignored the well-being of their top earners, ENHYPEN. The fan pointed out that despite facing slanderous posts, defamation, and false accusations for four years, the boy group has never received any public support or statement from Belift.”

Another person expressed their disappointment by saying, “Even when enha (short for ENHYPEN) faced intense backlash, you chose to remain quiet and take no action.”They also added the harsh phrase, “F*CK BELIFT”.
Furthermore, ENHYPEN had to endure the unsettling behavior of obsessive fans who would stalk them on flights, taunt them during fancalls, and even mob them in public. Despite these issues being brought to the attention of Belift, they were seemingly ignored, causing frustration among fans.
