Following in the footsteps of Charlize Theron in Mad Max: Fury Road, Taylor-Joy will be portraying the beloved character Furiosa in George Miller’s upcoming film. Serving as a prequel to the 2015 hit, Furiosa is expected to deliver the same gritty action and harsh atmosphere as its predecessor.

“I desired to experience change,” she expressed. “I longed to be challenged in an extreme situation where growth was inevitable. And that’s exactly what happened.”
