Pokémon Legends ZA will involve the series returning to the Kalos region for the first time in over a decade, meaning a previously cut Pokémon will finally be able to debut in the game.
Over the past few years, the Pokémon series has been the victim of several leaks, with unused designs that were never supposed to be released online. A small number have also been revealed in official materials, such as the horrifying original Gyarados design.
In most cases, these Pokémon never make it to the final version. Pokémon
Although The Pokémon Company never distributed Everflower Floette, she will have a chance to appear in a future game, since Pokémon Legends ZA is located in the Kalos region, which is the perfect place to introduce her into the main titles.
Pokémon Legends ZA fans want to see Floette Everflower appear
A user on the Pokémon Reddit created a thread speculating that Everflower Floette could appear in Pokémon Legends ZA. Other users agreed, believing this will be the perfect opportunity to debut this missing Pokémon.
“Receiving this Floette after over a decade would be one of the most satisfying and cathartic things in this franchise,” one user wrote, while another said, “They could have called this game Pokémon Legends: This F*cking Floette and I would buy it just for the name.”
The return of Floette Everflower could easily be explained, as one player summed it up. “If this game takes place before Pokémon X & Y but after AZ resurrected Floette, that would help explain where Floette was before Pokémon X & Y – she was with another trainer.”
As one player pointed out, it’s not just the mystery of Floette Everflower that needs solving. “No, but seriously if we don’t get the AZ Fleet or really any of these mysteries like Heatran’s scream randomly being in the city or the Ghost Girls or those notes at the train station.”
“Legends ZA would honestly be a waste, as there is so much in X and Y that was either cut or missed opportunities and that secretly annoys me.”
Pokémon X & Y had many unresolved threads, and its planned sequels were abandoned in favor of Pokémon Sun & Moon. This left a lot of unanswered questions, all of which can be addressed in Pokémon Legends ZA, including Everflower Floette’s official debut as a member of your team.
