Fanta has released a limited-edition drink in honor of the upcoming sequel, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, to the popular 1988 spooky film. The much-anticipated movie is set to hit theaters on September 6, 2024.
Fanta is set to call upon Beetlejuice using its uniquely eerie green flavor, which will perfectly complement your Beetlejuice Beetlejuice popcorn bucket.
In addition to a limited-edition Fanta flavor, the other Fanta drinks will also be receiving a makeover to match the characters in the film.
The packaging features the lead character, portrayed by Michael Keaton, and includes a distinct flavor and the recognizable black-and-white stripes typically associated with Beetlejuice.
The collaboration between Fanta Haunted Apple and Beetlejuice will offer fans the chance to enjoy a vibrant green drink with the refreshing and distinctive taste of apple soda.
The complete range of Fanta flavors will be temporarily transformed to showcase the Beetlejuice characters, including the following options.
- Astrid, played by Jenna Ortega, stars in both Orange and Orange Zero Sugar.
- Lydia Deetz, portrayed by Winona Ryder, is best known for her role as Strawberry.
- Pineapple – Delia Deetz, played by Catherine O’Hara.
Snackolator, a well-known food blogger, shared the announcement of the new drinks on their Instagram account and followers were eagerly discussing the exciting news.
One Instagram user commented, “I will definitely grab those if I see them.”Another user added, “It’s been quite some time since the US received a new Fanta flavor. Nice!”
“One person expressed their preference for the original Apple flavored Fanta from the 80s and 90s, rather than the Green Apple flavor that they feared it might be. While Fanta has not confirmed the specific apple flavor of this new soda, based on its color and the “haunted”theme, it is possible that it will have a tangy green apple taste.”
The upcoming beverages will be available in stores starting on August 12 and will only be offered for a short period of time. Make sure to get them before they vanish into the Neitherworld.
