Fanum threatens legal action after NYPD pulls gun on him & takes Lamborghini

Fanum, a Twitch star, has recently stated that he intends to take legal action following an incident where the NYPD pulled him over at gunpoint and seized his Lamborghini Urus.

During his live streaming at the Dominican Day parade in New York City, Fanum was stopped by police at gunpoint while attempting to leave.

Fanum’s driver, Walton, was apprehended and the Lamborghini Urus was confiscated by authorities, forcing the streamer to exit the parade on foot. Soon after, photos surfaced online of an NYPD officer taking pictures with the impounded vehicle.

Fanum took to Instagram to address the situation, sharing a series of stories on his account. He admitted that he had the Lamborghini returned to him after four hours, following his confrontation with the NYPD. He also mentioned that he had considered taking legal action against the authorities.

Fanum wrote, laughing and facepalming, about how they simply wanted to drive a Lamborghini. However, [you] chose to pull a gun on me and all of those children. Why did you do that?

The individual continued to assert that he had obtained a “permit”for the parade and also stated that the officers “stole”his car and proceeded to take photos with it, as if it was a “photo shoot.”

“Fanum informed them that the suits were on their way, implying that he would be taking legal action against the NYPD for taking his bag and time. He also mentioned that if the lawsuit was successful, he may even purchase a Bugatti. He ended by saying, “Let’s make it happen.”

Fanum’s TikTok account captured the moment when Walter’s driver was released from police custody. As the officer led him out of the station, viewers noticed that it was the same officer who had posed with the Lamborghini in an earlier video. The TikTok also showed the Lamborghini being released from impound.

“Fanum, captioning a video of the car after the iconic Marvel villain, declared “We’re outside, Walton and Thanos free!”on TikTok.”

The TikTok received comments that could be categorized into three types: bewilderment regarding the arrest, the Lamborghini pictures of the NYPD officer, and the potential for a legal case.

One person wrote, “Lawsuit getting Fanum that [Ferrari] SF90 he’s been wanting [sic].”Another person urged Fanum to move forward with the lawsuit and “press charges,”arguing that the police did not have a search warrant to inspect and drive their Lamborghini.
