Prior to this, players were able to encounter Ferroseed during an Incense Day event on May 26, 2024. This compact yet formidable Pokemon was also obtainable through hatching 10 km Eggs and as a reward for completing tasks such as “Catch 5 Pokemon: Test Your Mettle”in Field Research or “An Instinctive Hero – 2nd part: Spin 20 PokeStops and Gyms”in Special/Timed Research.
Evolution of Ferroseed into Ferrothorn in Pokemon Go
The evolution process for Ferroseed is very simple. It consists of only one stage and does not require any special items, prerequisites, or Buddy tasks.
To evolve Ferroseed into Ferrothron, all players need to do is give it 50 pieces of Ferroseed Candy.
Don’t forget that in case you’re running low on Candy, you can always maximize your catch by utilizing Pinap Berries which double the amount of candies acquired. Moreover, you have the option to either transfer any excess Ferroseed to Professor Willow or make it your Buddy.
Is Ferroseed Available in a Shiny Form in Pokemon Go?
Indeed, Ferroseed has the potential to be Shiny in Pokemon Go. This feature was added to the game as part of the Pokemon Go Special Weekend event that took place in November 2020.
