Similar to the previous version of the event, the Moogle Treasure Trove will once again offer specific objectives that provide bonus Tomes. This is aimed to ease the burden on players who may feel the need to repeatedly run the Praetorium for farming purposes.

FFXIV Second Hunt for Genesis Moogle Treasure Trove Activities
Similarly to the previous version of the event, players are not required to participate in the Praetorium or Crystal Tower raids in order to acquire Tomestones. Instead, there are objectives available that players can complete for bonuses, which are a more efficient way of obtaining the necessary currency.
Weekly Objectives
Although it remains a viable choice, both Weekly Objectives and Minimog Challenges will provide Irregular Tomestones upon completion of their respective weekly objectives. These challenges will assign the player with various tasks to be completed over the course of the week, resulting in additional Tomestones upon successful completion.
It seems we’ll be returning to the Ivalice raids as a part of the second Tomestone event.
Challenges of the Minimog
Minimog Challenges provides players with a variety of methods for acquiring Tomestones. These options, such as Hunts, Fishing, Triple Triad, and Treasure Maps, can be accessed once a week, allowing players to obtain their Irregular Tomestones.
Ultimog Challenges
Lastly, we also have Ultimog Challenges which are limited to once per event period. During the previous Moogle Treasure Trove event, players from various regions participated in Ocean Fishing. It is uncertain what the developers have planned for us this time.
