On August 5, ATTRAKT made an announcement on FIFTY’s official SNS about the group’s new fandom name. The agency revealed that the new fandom name will also signify a new chapter for the group. ATTRAKT expressed their utmost gratitude towards fans for their unwavering support for FIFTY FIFTY and requested for their continued love for the group. The post also revealed the group’s new fandom name, “TWENY,”which will replace the previous fan club name, “HUNNIES.”The company then went on to share the significance and meaning behind the new fandom name, TWENY.

“The number 50 in the mirror is seen as 20 due to the mirror’s inversion effect, meaning that FIFTY FIFTY is looking where the fans are and the fans are looking towards where FIFTY FIFTY is. It tells us that FIFTY FIFTY and the fans are always facing each other, co-existing in all moments.”
