Final Fantasy 14 to hold its ninth annual 14-hour broadcast on April 12 & 13

The highly anticipated Dawntrail DLC, set to be released on July 2, is the top priority for players of Final Fantasy 14. In the meantime, fans are preparing for the ninth annual 14-hour broadcast, which will showcase discussions on Dawntrail, player creations, and other exciting content.

On April 12th and 13th, director and producer Naoki Yoshida will lead the annual 14-hour broadcast for Final Fantasy 14. The event will kick off with an introduction by Yoshida and the development team.

This year’s broadcast holds a significant significance as it commemorates the 10th anniversary of Final Fantasy 14’s relaunch. After the anniversary festivities, the game will enter the early access phase for the highly anticipated Dawntrail expansion. The DLC is set to be released on July 2nd.

The schedule for the 14-hour broadcast of Final Fantasy 14 is as follows:

  • Midnight: Letter from the Producer LIVE Part 80
  • At 3:00 AM, we want to see your real life minions!
  • 4:30 AM: The Primals Tenth Anniversary: Looking Forward and Back
  • 6:30 AM: A Stroll with Yoshi-P
  • 10:00 AM: Developers’ Roundtable Discussion
  • Secondary Broadcast: Let’s Give the FF14 TTRPG a Go! (11:30 PM to 10:00 AM)

As evidenced above, there is a wealth of content scheduled for the 14-hour broadcast. The event will consist of seven segments with brief breaks in between. The entire broadcast can be streamed on both YouTube and Twitch.

Following the introduction, the 80th Letter from the Producer will commence at 12:00 AM EST and continue until 2:30 AM. The discussion will focus on the upcoming Dawntrail expansion and reveal new information. Additionally, there will be a dedicated portion for Final Fantasy 14 players to share pictures of their pets.
