How to Tackle the X-Ray Puzzle?
Head to the second floor where the Nurses Station is located, complete with a secured keypad on the door. However, you currently lack the necessary code.
Make a right and enter the Director’s Office. Ascend to the third floor using the stairs, then break the glass window to gain entry into Exam Room 5. From the desk inside, obtain the Inner Ward Key.
Examine the room thoroughly; you will discover a radiograph depicting a pelvis.
Locating the Final Radiograph
Proceed to the Inner Ward located on the first floor. Utilize the key to unlock the room, then turn left into the pantry and search for the Mold Remover, which is hidden nearby.
Next, head towards the Pharmacy. Unable to enter through a door? Navigate to the Dayroom instead. Find a crack in the wall that leads you into the Garden, and make your way to the Pool area, where you’ll encounter several Lying Figures.
Once you use the double doors to access the Director’s Office, you will discover the Keypad code for the Nurses Station. Depending on your game’s difficulty level, the code will vary: it’s either 3578 for Light/Standard Mode or 7456 for Hard Mode.
Upon entering the Nurses Station, head towards the Treatment Room. Inside, you’ll find a moldy radiograph resting in the tub.
Apply the Mold Remover to clean it up and return to the X-Ray room to finalize the puzzle. Position all four radiographs to align with the corresponding markings. Completing this will unveil the numbers: 4, 37, and 12.
Steps Following the Completion of the X-Ray Puzzle
Next, head to room D1, where you’ll find a lock on the door. Use the code you just retrieved to unlock it.
The unlocking sequence is noted on the door. For your convenience, here’s a simplified version: Right 4, Left 37, Right 12.
After the cutscene ends, you will be able to collect the Filthy Bracelet.
