During the Valentine’s Event in Fisch, your primary aim is to catch as many fish as possible. By achieving specific milestones, you’ll unlock exclusive rewards from the Valentine’s Day NPC located at (350, 135, 330) in Moosewood.
Partnering with others can enhance your experience. Speak to the Valentine’s Day NPC and choose Send Request in the upper right corner to invite a friend. The fish you catch together will contribute to shared milestones, making the event less demanding. Here are the milestone rewards:

These eels are primarily found in Roslit Bay, but remember that only one Lovestorm Eel can be caught per fishing pool. Consider fishing in an empty or private server for optimal results.
