Florida Man Sentenced to 12 Years for Killing 6 While Racing BMW for TikTok Videos

A recent tragic incident in Florida has led to a significant legal outcome, as 20-year-old Noah Galle was sentenced to 12 years in prison for causing the deaths of six farmworkers in a reckless driving incident. Galle, who was only 17 at the time, drove his BMW at dangerously high speeds in Palm Beach County, culminating in a horrifying crash.

Details about the incident reveal that while racing his BMW M5, Galle reached speeds of 151 mph before colliding with an SUV occupied by six individuals. Unfortunately, five victims died on impact, while the sixth succumbed to injuries shortly thereafter. All of the deceased were finishing their work shift at Pero Family Farms when tragedy struck.

According to reports from the New York Post, Galle, who is the son of a local attorney, pleaded guilty to six counts of vehicular homicide. This plea agreement allowed him to avoid a potential sentence of 55 years.

West Palm Beach Chief Assistant State Attorney Al Johnson commented on the sentence, noting that the victims’ families supported the plea deal, despite the immeasurable loss they experienced. Johnson expressed, “No amount of prison time will bring the victims back to their families. The families have written to us that they did not object to this plea. Some of them didn’t even want him to go to jail at all. One wanted us to drop the case entirely,” as reported by Fox News.

Prior to the incident, Galle had gained notoriety on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram for sharing videos of himself driving at excessive speeds. As part of a disturbing trend, Galle invited his followers to guess the speed he was traveling, offering a $25 CashApp reward for correct guesses. An investigation revealed that he had previously recorded himself reaching velocities of up to 182 mph.
