This documentary contained never-before-seen footage and shocking revelations about the scandal’s dark truths. As a result of the documentary’s widespread circulation, the focus has shifted back to figures such as Seungri and Jung Joon Young, who were heavily implicated in the controversy.
Despite facing severe consequences for their actions and receiving widespread criticism, the main individuals implicated, such as Seungri, have appeared to return to their usual routines after serving time in jail. Seungri, specifically, has been seen living a lavish lifestyle, indulging in expensive services since being released, which has only intensified public outrage.
As a result of these recent events, DC Inside Forum organized a survey titled “Successful artists who continue to thrive despite public criticism”from June 3 to June 9. Seungri was identified as the most infamous, receiving 3,278 votes out of 17,601 in the poll.
Despite their notoriety, trot singer Kim Ho Joong and rapper MC Mong were also included in the poll, alongside other controversial figures. The three of them ultimately emerged as the top three choices.
Despite being involved in major scandals and legal violations, these artists continue their careers with little regard for the negative opinions of the public. Seungri, in particular, has gained the most notoriety among them.

Despite his release, Seungri’s continued presence at various events has caused discomfort among fans and the public as he appears to be exploiting BIGBANG’s popularity for personal gain. Recent events have only solidified this sentiment, with netizens agreeing that Seungri’s actions are those of a “shameless artist”who is thriving despite facing backlash from the public.
