It is understood that the temporary freeze of credit deposits is sought to secure the right to receive approximately 1 billion won (equivalent to 730,000 USD) as part of the total compensation. The amount may be subject to change in future court proceedings.

The court’s ruling may result in The Givers and three former members of FIFTY FIFTY having their earnings confiscated until they have fully repaid the compensation.

Reports state that ATTRAKT has taken legal action by filing a civil lawsuit against CEO Ahn Sung Il of The Givers and three former members of FIFTY FIFTY, seeking 13 billion won (approximately 9.5 million USD) in compensation.
