A former staff member of MrBeast has stepped forward, claiming that YouTube’s most popular content creator knowingly employed a “registered sex offender”and referred to him using a nickname related to his crime.
Ever since Ava Kris Tyson, one of the original members of Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson’s channel, was accused of grooming minors and engaging in inappropriate conversations with underage fans online, MrBeast has faced intense criticism.
Despite taking action by removing Tyson from the company and conducting an internal investigation, the initial accusations sparked a heated debate about MrBeast’s level of knowledge regarding the situation.
On August 9, a new video was uploaded by former employee DogPack404, who had previously made accusations about the authenticity of MrBeast’s channel and its giveaways. The video now alleges that the YouTuber had knowingly hired an individual who was a registered sex offender.
The segment starts at 44:38.
Jake Weddle, who previously worked on MrBeast’s videos, was questioned in the video about whether he was aware of any other occurrences of sexual misconduct within the company.
“Weddle stated that she had heard of people being fired for sexually assaulting minors. She expressed doubt that Jimmy was unaware of these incidents or that he was trying to hide them. It seemed that he did not want the information to be revealed.”
“He is extremely conscious of his reputation. It may be difficult to prove that he was aware of the situation but deliberately concealed it. However, there was a registered sex offender with a history of convictions working at the company.”
Based on Weddle’s knowledge, the man had engaged in inappropriate behavior with underage individuals and had alleged that Jimmy was aware of this when he hired him.
They attempted to hide the fact that he not only worked at the company, but was also the manager at the time the incidents occurred. Evidence of his knowledge can be seen in videos and thumbnails where he is present, always wearing a mask. This raises suspicion – what could he be hiding under the mask? Could it be that he is a registered sex offender and doesn’t want his face to be identified and searched?
Weddle noted that one of MrBeast’s former employees, Jake The Viking, had a brother-in-law who was referred to as ‘Delaware’ within the company. Recent evidence has emerged linking this individual to the company.
They are calling my brother in law/manager Delaware. And because that’s his name.

In 2018, Jake wrote on X, stating, “My brother-in-law/manager’s name is Delaware, and he is often referred to as such.”
Ava Kris Tyson made a reference to this in a now-deleted tweet, in which she cautioned against asking Jake about how he handled his brother-in-law in regards to protecting his child and family.
In addition, she shared a screenshot featuring an Out-of-State Statute number that corresponds to the sex offender Charles Jefferson.

Despite the allegations, MrBeast has not responded and has not made any statements on social media since announcing his decision to hire a third-party to investigate Ava Tyson’s online behavior.
