On October 14th, Ryu Hwa-young took to her social media platforms to express her thoughts, stating, “After experimenting with video filming and editing on my own, I came to the realization that I have this different side of me. I wanted to connect with all of you in a more approachable manner, so I gathered my courage to launch my YouTube channel as a way to share videos and interact with you.”
She went on to say, “Although I may appear awkward, inexperienced, and perhaps not the best, I hope you can watch my content with an open heart. It would be wonderful if you could find small moments of joy in your daily life through these videos. They are nothing extraordinary, so I would be grateful if you could engage with me in a light-hearted way. I hope this journey brings you some healing.”
To conclude her message, she remarked, “Each of us is a valuable individual. Let’s find happiness together.” She also uploaded her inaugural video titled “First Vlog | A Day in the Life of a 30-Year-Old Actress | K-Actress | Ryu Hwa-young.”
In other news, Ryu Hwa-young became a part of the group T-ara in 2010 with the release of their digital single “What’s Wrong?” . However, she departed from T-ara in 2012 amid controversies related to bullying accusations within the group. She later found success in acting, appearing in popular dramas such as JTBC’s “Hello, My Twenties!” , “The Beauty Inside,” KBS2’s “Mad Dog,” and tvN’s “The Player 2: Master of Swindlers.”
