A talented animator used Unreal Engine to recreate NSYNC’s iconic Bye Bye Bye dance from the Deadpool and Wolverine scene in Fortnite, impressing fans with a stunning tribute.

To commemorate the premiere of the Deadpool and Wolverine movie, Fortnite made a unique gesture by offering exclusive in-game content such as skins for both characters and the Peelverine Plush Back Bling.

The world was captivated by the MCU team-up’s use of NSYNC 2000’s hit song “Bye Bye Bye”in the opening credits, causing a resurgence in its popularity. And if you’re tired of hearing it everywhere, just know that even Fortnite can’t seem to escape the trend.

An animator utilized Unreal Engine to replicate the iconic dance sequence from the film Bye Bye Bye in Fortnite and then posted it on the platform X.

The animator’s homage effectively portrayed the lively choreography with remarkable precision. The vividly depicted scene truly animated the iconic dance routine.

This animated Deadpool content immediately captured the interest of the Fortnite community, sparking enthusiastic reactions from players. In less than 24 hours, the post had garnered nearly 300 comments and 70,000 likes.

Fans were vocal about their appreciation for the animator’s talent and ingenuity. Several asked if the animator was open to doing commissioned work and also requested a version with the complete choreography.

The reaction was overwhelmingly positive, as even Fortnite’s Chief Creative Officer Donald Mustard expressed his admiration by saying, “Wow!! Absolutely amazing. You are SO talented! This gives me all the feels.”

Despite the enthusiasm, a sense of disappointment was evident among certain players. They believed that the Fortnite game should have included the Deadpool dance emote. “It’s disheartening that they didn’t add an emote to the shop after the movie was released,”one fan expressed.

Many Fortnite players are frustrated not just by the lack of this emote, but also by the current state of Chapter 5 Season 3. This season has been widely criticized as the worst one yet, causing growing discontent among players.
