Fortnite hints at upcoming Nascar collaboration ahead of FNCS Global Championship

The Fortnite Champion Series Global Championship will start on the first weekend of September, and Epic Games has already announced an upcoming collaboration with Nascar.

The FNCS Global Championship will take place on September 7-8 in Fort Worth, Texas. This in-person tournament offers a $200,000 prize for the victorious team, with a total prize pool of $2 million.

Despite the majority of players being caught up in the recent Chapter 5 Season 4 31.10 update, those invested in Fortnite’s competitive scene may want to take note of an upcoming collaboration with a renowned auto racing organization.

Fortnite’s X account posted an update that got the audience excited for the upcoming tournament, and also hinted that Nascar would be bringing their energy to the event. This suggests that more details will be revealed during the tournament.

A reputable Fortnite insider shared additional information in a quoted response, unveiling crucial details about the highly anticipated crossover event.

The LinkedIn page of a Nascar employee reveals that the company intends to incorporate elements of its iconic brand into Fortnite by introducing “new licensed Vehicles and new Rocket Racing Tracks.”

This will probably result in new car skins being added to Rocket Racing, along with Nascar cosmetics that can be utilized in the Battle Royale mode.

The image that has been leaked also suggests that Rocket League, which is also owned by Epic Games, may also be getting a Nascar collaboration.

Fortnite has collaborated with multiple companies to introduce recognizable cars into the Battle Royale mode. The Tesla Cybertruck was added to the game a few months back, but it was not the first time such a partnership has taken place.

Fans of both franchises were overjoyed upon hearing this exciting announcement. In response to another post discussing the Nascar crossover, one person commented, “that’s an insane collaboration.”

One other commenter expressed their excitement for this by enthusiastically instructing Epic to “take my money.”
