Fortnite leak signals classic Marvel skins are returning

According to a leaked source, it has been revealed that the Fortnite Marvel Royalty and Warriors pack will make a comeback, featuring skins for popular characters such as Captain Marvel.

In December 2020, as part of a Chapter 2 Season 5 update, Epic Games launched the first Marvel Royalty and Warriors Pack.

The cost of the Marvel-themed bundle was $24.99, which provided players with Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and Taskmaster skins for Fortnite. Along with the skins, each character also received a backbling, pickaxe, and glider.

Despite the lack of a confirmed date for the content’s return, information obtained through datamining suggests that it will be available until September 1, 2024. Additionally, the datamine includes a line of text mentioning the possibility of its return in the future.

The leaked image above confirms that not only will the three characters and their items return in the Marvel Royalty and Warriors pack, but prospective buyers can also expect to access LEGO versions of Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and Taskmaster.

Despite Epic Games not officially announcing any intentions to bring back the Marvel Royalty and Warriors content in Fortnite, this possibility does align with rumors suggesting that a new Marvel-themed season will be released in August alongside the launch of Chapter 5 Season 4.

The uncorroborated leaks also suggest that the rumored Marvel season will feature the return of Galactus, who was last seen during an event in December 2020.

Currently, Fortnite is currently in Chapter 5 Season 3: Wrecked, where players can partake in chaotic car battles. Epic has yet to disclose any information about the upcoming Season 4, leaving fans to speculate until the season is released.
