Observant Fortnite players have noticed certain modifications to the Chapter 5 Season 4 Battle Pass that may make it more challenging to obtain its Bonus Rewards.
A normal Fortnite season usually spans 10 weeks, providing players with ample opportunity to progress and earn all of the exclusive rewards. However, during this Marvel-inspired season, it was discovered that the level needed to receive the non-Super Style Bonus Rewards has been raised to 150.
Last season, players were only required to reach level 130 in order to obtain both the regular and post-Battle Pass Bonus Rewards. This caused a lot of concern among fans, as they feared they would have to put in even more effort to earn these cosmetic items if the level requirements were increased.
For Fortnite players, this is not a new experience. However, reaching 150 may seem like a daunting challenge for many.

According to one response, it is hoped that it will be easier to earn XP this season, as they were only able to reach 130 XP in the previous season. However, the amount of time available to play Fortnite each day also plays a role. Additionally, the 20-level boost may impact all players.
Another response detailed the impact of this modification by reflecting on past experiences. They recalled the days when only 100 levels were required and asserted that the average person could complete the list.
Some optimistic players, however, argued that reaching level 150 should not be a challenge due to the significant increase in XP during the mid point of the previous season.
A user responded to someone questioning the reason behind Epic’s changes to the Battle Pass with a straightforward response, “It’s just corporate greed.”
