Fortnite leakers have uncovered exciting news: the Battle Royale’s new Reload mode is set to receive a significant update featuring a highly requested map rotation system. This addition has been long anticipated by the community.
Since the launch of Fortnite’s OG Reload mode on June 22, 2024, it has gained popularity as a nostalgic mode for players. However, fans have continually voiced their ideas for enhancements to improve the gameplay experience.
One of the most sought-after features for Reload mode is a map rotation system similar to that found in Apex Legends and Warzone, where different maps cycle in after a specified period.
While this suggestion has been a topic of discussion among players, reputable leaker HYPEX has confirmed that this feature will be launched soon in an upcoming update.
According to HYPEX, a new map will be added to the Reload map pool, increasing the total number of maps to two. He indicated that these maps will rotate every 30 minutes, and players will be able to see which map is available when queuing for matches.

Details about the new map that will be part of Fortnite Reload remain uncertain. However, given that the original map includes several beloved Points of Interest (POIs) like Tilted Towers, Pleasant Park, and Retail Row, players can expect the new addition to feature more iconic POI locations from past seasons.
While Epic Games has yet to make an official announcement regarding this update, fellow leaker Krowe_Moh, who helped uncover this information, mentioned that the map rotation feature “should be releasing in the next update (30.20).”
The new reload playlists rotate every 30 minutes between the normal reload and some different reload playlists should be releasing next update (30.20) 👀
