Fortnite’s Fan Favorite Character Making a Comeback, But with a Twist

In Chapter 5 Season 4 of Fortnite, a character that has not been seen in years is making a comeback. Here is everything you need to know.

Did you happen to recall Klombo? As reported by renowned leaker ShiinaBR, the character will be reintroduced to Fortnite in the upcoming update. However, it will not be available in Battle Royale mode, but instead will be exclusively returning in the game’s LEGO mode.

In the past, we got a sneak peek at Klombo in Fortnite’s leaked 2024 roadmap. However, while hosting a 7-Day 24/7 LEGO Fortnite Big Build Livestream, one of the hosts unintentionally disclosed it ahead of schedule, confirming the information from the leaked roadmap.

When questioned about incorporating an Easter Egg in a future release, the host enthusiastically responded, “That’s a fantastic suggestion! Chat, would you like to choose the Easter egg element to be included in the Klombo?”

The brief hesitation following the mention of “Klombo”rather than “build”further supports the likelihood of it being an unintentional mistake.

For those unfamiliar, Klombos are large wildlife creatures that can be found roaming the island in Battle Royale. These creatures were first introduced in Chapter 3, Season 1 and feeding them with their favorite food, Klomberries, will reward you with useful loot.

In addition to giving it Klomberries to eat, you can also ride on its back and be launched into the air, which can assist in repositioning. Like other creatures, it is susceptible to damage. However, it is not advisable to harm it as it will become hostile and cannot be killed anyway.

Despite its adorable appearance, the creature did not stay in the game permanently, much like how Fortnite’s weapons and items rotate each season. However, it quickly captured the hearts of the community after its initial appearance.

In the following chapter, Klombo was introduced and has not made a reappearance in the game since then. It will be intriguing to discover the new features this lovable creature will bring to Fortnite’s LEGO mode in Chapter 5 of Season 4.
