Fousey Faces Twitch Ban Following Kick Doxxing Controversy

Fousey Faces New Ban on Twitch Following Recent Kick Suspension

Popular streamer Fousey has found himself banned on Twitch, just one day after receiving an indefinite suspension from Kick due to a serious incident during a live broadcast. This pattern of bans highlights ongoing controversies surrounding the influencer’s streaming activities.

Incident on Kick: The Accidental Doxxing

Fousey’s troubles began in early November when he was abruptly banned from Kick minutes into his highly anticipated 30-day stream. This suspension was imposed after he made concerning remarks about self-harm while live. Though his account was reinstated soon after, his troubles continued, leading to a new ban on November 14, 2024.

Following the announcement, Fousey took to social media to explain that the latest ban was for a duration of seven days, resulting from his accidental doxxing of another individual on stream. He communicated this setback via Twitter, sharing his frustration with his followers:

Desire to Stream and Continued Challenges

In a follow-up post, Fousey expressed his eagerness to return to streaming on Kick, stating: “I’m addicted to going live and itching at being banned on @kickstreaming. Just give me a personal partner to moderate me, and I will learn the rules. I need to stream.” He fears losing his momentum and energy as a content creator, sarcastically noting that he might downgrade from “g7 to g1″if the ban continues for too long.

Shortly after realizing he could still stream on Twitter/X and Twitch, Fousey encountered yet another hurdle. On November 15, he was banned from Twitch without a clear explanation provided. In another message on X, he announced, “Banned on Twitch. Still live on X. We don’t stop,” showcasing his resilience amidst a challenging phase of his online career.

Previous Bans and Future Uncertainty

This recent Twitch ban marks the second time Fousey has faced such a penalty in a week, following a dual suspension from the platform back in August 2023 over alleged use of a hateful slur and another undisclosed reason. Twitch typically refrains from commenting on individual bans, leaving both fans and Fousey himself in the dark regarding specific violations of community guidelines.

As developments continue, the streaming community watches closely to see if Fousey will share insights on his latest ban or if the platforms will intervene with stricter moderation policies in light of these recurrent incidents.
