Can’t wait for the upcoming Netflix documentary featuring 50 Cent? You’re in for a treat – a TMZ documentary exploring Diddy’s alleged ‘downfall’ is already available for free viewing.
In this era overflowing with true crime and documentary content, one developing story is the ongoing legal troubles facing rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, who faces a staggering 11 official lawsuits as of September 2024.
Diddy has been denied bail, with an appeal scheduled for October 9, and recent reports indicate that his longtime rival Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is set to produce a docuseries based on these allegations exclusively for Netflix.
Nonetheless, TMZ has beaten him to the punch by releasing their own documentary titled The Downfall of Diddy back in April. If you missed it, the good news is that it’s currently available to stream for free on Tubi TV.
This 68-minute documentary features the official tagline: “A series of lawsuits and allegations have legendary rap mogul P. Diddy on the ropes. TMZ has the troubling inside story from people who were there.”
While there are no official reviews yet for TMZ’s coverage, viewer opinions are already mixed.
One viewer remarked: “TMZ is looking to monetize their previous headlines. Sure, there are interviews with individuals close to Diddy, but nothing new is being revealed.”
Another viewer responded: “Tubi is fast – they already have a TMZ documentary on Diddy!”
“For those streaming on Tubi, you can catch: TMZ presents the Downfall of Diddy. Some claim he’s a good guy. Nonsense! He’s troubled! And so is everyone involved!” a third commented.
As Combs’ legal battle continues, the TMZ documentary primarily covers the initial allegations made between November 2023 and early 2024.
His arrest occurred on September 16, after he failed to appear in court on September 10 regarding an active lawsuit.
Diddy’s legal team has yet to address the latest lawsuit filed on September 24.
The Downfall of Diddy is currently available for streaming, while the release date for 50 Cent’s Netflix documentary remains unannounced.
