As reported by HYBE’s subsidiary Pledis Entertainment, on May 13, the girl group “fromis_9″is preparing for a comeback, receiving numerous invitations to perform at university festivals.
On the 17th of this month, fromis_9 is scheduled to showcase their performance at the Seoul Dongyang University Festival. The following day, on the 18th, they will hold a fan meeting at the Peace Hall of Kyung Hee University in Seoul as part of the “Spring Breeze in Campus” stage. Furthermore, they will be taking part in ‘KBS KOREA ON STAGE’ at Gyeongbokgung Palace on the 21st.
During the months of June to August, there are a number of well-known festivals planned. The ‘Weverse Con Festival’ will be the first event on June 16 for fromis_9, followed by shows in Seoul on July 5 and Incheon on August 3 as part of the “Waterbomb 2024 Nationwide Tour” . Furthermore, the group is currently in talks with various organizers for additional festival and performance opportunities.

In the past, fromis_9 gained attention when member Lee Chaeyoung spoke out about feeling neglected by the agency. The female idol expressed disappointment that the group’s activities were not on par with those of other HYBE artists.
