While Kuro’s response angered Rudo, he uncovered an intriguing piece of information related to the Choker’s creator.
In the previous chapter, it was disclosed that Tamsy could manipulate memories using the Watchman Book that he acquired after defeating Regto. He used this book to erase himself from Amo’s memories, which is why she could only vaguely recall seeing a long-haired woman.

Gachiakuta chapter 112: Rudo Receives a Mysterious Note Regarding the Choker Maker’s Location from Kuro
Continuing from the events of the previous chapter, Gachiakuta chapter 112, titled “Unboxing,”begins with Tamsy questioning whether Rudo has learned anything about him from the information broker. The next panel transitions into a flashback, revealing Rudo’s dialogue with Kuro, the broker.
At the Cleaners South Branch, Rudo poses two critical questions to Kuro. Firstly, he seeks the whereabouts of the individual responsible for creating the chokers, which will help him determine if they are utilizing the Watchman series—a crucial clue for traversing the borders.
Rudo also intends to have the Chokers’ maker trace Amo’s choker. Secondly, he inquires about Amo’s location. Enjin notes Rudo’s reasoning, questioning why the focus isn’t solely on the Choker maker.
The narrative then shifts to Kuro, who writes down the location where Amo is being held. Taken aback by Kuro’s additional information about Amo, Rudo quickly asks who has captured her. However, Kuro declines to elaborate, stating he would need another payment for that information.
Rudo manages to maintain his composure, as he doesn’t want to put others, like Riyo, in harm’s way due to him. The focus returns to Kuro, who expresses regret and informs Rudo that he lacks information on the Choker’s maker.
Kuro’s response infuriates Rudo and causes him to lash out, calling Kuro a con artist and hurling insults. While Kuro apologizes, he reminds Rudo of his ancestor’s will, suggesting that Rudo has gained at least some insight from their conversation.
While Rudo dismisses Kuro, Enjin takes a letter from the broker. Upon reading its contents, he appears astonished. Meanwhile, Kuro continues to apologize and reveals that the Choker’s maker is an expert at concealing information.
Consequently, only false information ever reaches Kuro’s ears. Enjin urges Rudo to calm down and scrutinize the letter. Gachiakuta chapter 112 reveals that the letter’s content must remain unspoken, as the Choker’s maker is said to listen for any voices.
The letter instructs Rudo to attend the South Ward’s Doll Festival in two weeks, where a white crow will direct him to someone possessing information about the Choker maker’s whereabouts. However, the letter warns that if the Choker maker becomes aware, Rudo’s target will flee. It further advises against sharing this information with anyone, including fellow cleaners.
After the flashback, Gachiakuta chapter 112 returns to the present, where Rudo informs Tamsy that the information broker was unable to provide any details on the Choker maker. The chapter concludes with Tamsy convinced that Rudo is lying.
