The latest leak suggests that the Galaxy S25 Ultra may be remarkably lightweight and slim. In fact, it could potentially outshine the iPhone 16 Pro Max and Pixel 9 Pro XL in terms of these features.
Leaker Ice Universe, known for sharing numerous details about the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra, has stated that it will be the “thinnest and lightest”among all Ultra flagship phones. This implies that it may surpass its predecessors in terms of weight and thickness. Furthermore, the leaker also predicts that it will outshine the iPhone 16 Pro Max and Pixel 9 Pro XL.
According to speculation, the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s measurements and weight have yet to be disclosed by Ice Universe, but the iPhone 16 Pro Max is said to have dimensions of 163 x 77.6 x 8.3 mm and a weight of 225 g, and the Pixel 9 Pro XL measures 162.8 x 76.6 x 8.5 mm and weighs 221 g.
The S25 Ultra will be the thinnest and lightest of all Ultra flagship phones to be released soon, including iPhone 16 Pro Max and Pixel 9 Pro XL.

The S24 Ultra, measuring 162.3 x 79 x 8.6 mm and weighing 232 g, is larger and weighs more than both phones. However, if Samsung is able to decrease its weight and thickness to surpass that of the iPhone 16 Pro Max and Pixel 9 Pro XL, it will have successfully made significant improvements to its construction and appearance.
Prior to this, Ice Universe had disclosed that the smartphone would be abandoning sharp corners in favor of rounded edges to improve its usability.
In a recent statement, Samsung Mobile Experience (MX) VP Daniel Araujo confirmed that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will receive “top-of-the-line”upgrades. Araujo noted that the phone’s camera, AI performance, and display technology will all be enhanced to provide users with a premium experience.
In July, a leaker from China reported that the S25 Ultra is expected to have identical battery capacity and charging speed as the S24 Ultra, which are 5000mAh and 45W, respectively. Additionally, the smartphone is anticipated to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor.
