In honor of National Quesadilla Day on September 25, Chipotle has launched an exciting digital scavenger hunt for customers, offering a chance to win complimentary food.
This year, Chipotle has taken a creative approach to commemorate National Quesadilla Day, inviting customers to participate in a scavenger hunt across their official social media platforms.
Starting on September 23, Chipotle will unveil text-to-claim codes on their Instagram and Twitter/X accounts for 21,000 lucky participants to discover. Those who find the codes will receive a complimentary quesadilla with the purchase of any regular Chipotle entrée.

In addition, Chipotle is collaborating with social media influencers to elevate the scavenger hunt experience. Influencers such as Shari Dyonee, Dylan McArthur, and Anthony Hernandez will each share their own Chipotle text-to-claim codes, allowing up to 20,000 consumers to redeem a buy-one-get-one (BOGO) quesadilla.
On September 25, 15,000 DoorDash users and 10,000 Uber Eats customers will also have an opportunity to snag some freebies. Those who spend a minimum of $25 on DoorDash and $15 on Uber Eats will receive a free quesadilla with their order.
Stephanie Perdue, Vice President of Brand Marketing at Chipotle, remarked: “Our customizable hand-crafted quesadillas combine the finest ingredients with melted cheese, something TikTok foodies and mukbangers can’t resist.”
She added, “We’ve partnered with some of our most enthusiastic creators to provide fans with what they desire – free quesadillas.”
Alongside the free quesadilla giveaway, Chipotle is also delighting fans in September with the return of one of their most beloved items, the Smoked Brisket. However, this fan-favorite is available for a limited time, so make sure to enjoy it before it disappears!
