In Hades 2, acquiring Silver is crucial for players as it allows them to upgrade their tools and obtain additional resources. Read on to discover how to obtain Silver in Hades 2.
Tips for Earning Silver in Hades 2
To obtain Silver in Hades 2, players must use the Crescent Pick to interact with Ore Deposits. These deposits resemble rocks covered in crescent-shaped minerals. Repeatedly interacting with the same deposit will yield multiple pieces of Silver until it is depleted.
In the game’s initial region, Erebus, players can easily locate Silver. The Ore Deposits containing Silver have the potential to appear in any of the rooms, although they are more likely to be found at the beginning of each region. Although the rooms are not particularly large, players should make it a priority to eliminate all enemies before attempting to mine the rock in order to ensure their safety.
The Crescent Pick mining tool is essential for extracting Silver from the Ore Deposits. Without it, players will be unable to interact with the deposits. Fortunately, the tool can be acquired through the Silver Pool for just one Ash. This currency can be earned by clearing certain rooms or purchased at various shops. The Silver Pool is conveniently located near the Training Area.
Before being able to use the Crescent Pick, players must unlock the Gathering Tools category in the Silver Pools. The category can be obtained by exchanging one Moly at the Incantations pot located in front of Hecate. Moly, a flower that can be gathered without any other tools, has a random chance of appearing in any of the Erebus rooms.
The Incantations pot will only become active after players have successfully defeated Hecate, the first boss of the Erebus region. It is a crucial tool for adding additional merchants and features to your Underworld rest area.
