Locate the Wood Side Apartments Key, found near a greenish-blue car that’s situated between Neely’s Bar, Texan Cafe, American Cafe, and Gonzales Restaurant.
Navigate past or defeat any surrounding foes and make your way to the Wood Side Apartments (refer to your map for guidance).
Upon entering, save your progress at the Reception Office Save Point and check the floor map on the bulletin board.
