(G)I-DLE’s Minnie shows gratitude to Jeon Soyeon for their friendship and support during her contract’s expiration

On August 26th, Minnie used her social media story to wish a happy birthday to Soyeon, our leader.

She remarked, “Can you believe this is our 10th birthday celebration together? We have been through so much together over the years. I am grateful for your unwavering support and friendship since the day I arrived in Korea. Having you by my side brings me immense joy.”

“Minnie expressed her gratitude, stating, “I feel incredibly fortunate to have debuted in the same team as you. I may not say it often, but I am always grateful and I love you. Your dedication and hard work as our leader never goes unnoticed. Let’s keep up the good work together and stay together for a long time. Wishing you a happy birthday, and here’s to a healthy and joyful year ahead.”

In the meantime, (G)I-DLE, who made their debut in 2018, is reaching their 7th year, and the time for discussing contract renewals is approaching.

According to reports, Jeon Soyeon’s contract is scheduled to end in November. While performing on (G)I-DLE’s third world tour solo stage at the Seoul KSPO DOME, she modified her lyrics to say, “Who can stop me when my contract ends in November?”
