Instead, she conducts thorough research on her guests and prepares questions based on her findings. According to her, “Hyer’s Club does not rely on a script. Before each guest appearance, I do my research and gather information on their recent activities and unanswered questions. Wikipedia is one of my go-to sources for this.”
Hyeri has established close friendships with BLACKPINK’s Rosé and Jisoo, Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon, aespa’s Karina, and the actor Byun Woo Seok. In an interview, she shared the story of how she formed these relationships with some of the biggest names in the industry. As a regular cast member on “Amazing Saturday”for two and a half years, she had the opportunity to bond with various guests who appeared on the show. With frequent communication, she found it difficult for them to turn down her invitations, leading her to request the production team to invite them more often.
Despite the assumption that Hyeri would have a large number of contacts, it was discovered that she only has 233 contacts saved on her phone. Similarly, her personal Instagram account shows that she follows just 89 people. Hyeri clarified her reasoning, stating, “I tend to save numbers for specific purposes, such as fridge repair services or escape room owners. As for Instagram, it’s difficult to keep up with following everyone.”
