In episode 11 of Loser Ranger, titled On the Road to My Justice, the cadets faced off against Peltrola. During the intense battle, the Boss Monster took one of the cadets hostage and demanded that they surrender their gadgets. Hibiki quickly gathered everyone’s devices, but little did the enemy know, he had secretly replicated two of them. This strategic move allowed Kai and Eigen to use the authentic gadgets to ultimately defeat Peltrola.

The anime also delved into the backstory of the Blue Keeper, revealing that Shougo Aoshima had a strong connection with the previous Blue Keeper and was frequently invited by the Red Keeper to join the Dragon Keepers. When the previous Blue Keeper passed away, Shougo stepped up to take on the role. In the present, he successfully defeated the remaining Peltrola clones just as Fighter D arrived to confront him.

In episode 12 of Loser Ranger, Fighter D will most likely face off against the Blue Keeper. Although both desired world dominance, their visions were vastly different. This is why Fighter D chose to pursue Peltrola, the Boss Monster, instead of the Dragon Keepers, whom he aimed to defeat.

Nevertheless, defeating Peltrola alone would not suffice. In order to achieve his ultimate goal of world domination, Fighter D had to overcome another obstacle – the Dragon Keepers. This required him to give his all in battling against Shougo Aoshima. Furthermore, Fighter D had already exposed his Hibiki Sakurama disguise to the Blue Keeper, indicating that he must also emerge victorious against him in order to progress with his mission.
