The first episode of Loser Ranger, titled “We Are Justice! The Dragon Keepers!”, exposed the Dragon Keepers’ secret use of Dusters to stage fake battles in the Sunday Showdown, allowing them to claim victory against the monsters every week.

Despite being fed up with the phony fights, one Duster, known as Fighter D, made a bold move towards achieving world domination by standing up against the Dragon Keepers. Despite his efforts, he was ultimately defeated by the Red Keeper. Nevertheless, during the episode, Fighter D encountered Yumeko Suzukiri and expressed his interest in joining the ranks of the Dragon Keepers.
