During the recent recording for KBS2’s entertainment program “The Seasons – Zico’s Artist”, actor Go Kyung-pyo had the chance to meet with Zico.
During a conversation, the two discussed the memorable moment from last year’s awards ceremony when Go Kyung-pyo reacted enthusiastically to Zico’s performance of “Any Song”. Recalling the event, Go Kyung-pyo shared, “I was already filled with excitement at the Blue Dragon Film Festival ceremony, but when I saw Zico, it amplified even more.”Zico playfully responded, “I can see that Go Kyung-pyo really enjoyed the performance,”and jokingly accused him of stealing his song.
Despite his free-spirited personality, Go Kyung-pyo has gained attention for his hime cut and changing appearance before and after starting a project. In an interview, the actor revealed that he feels pressure to maintain a slim figure in order to receive scripts, stating, “It’s unfortunate, but I have to go on diets to prepare for my acting roles.”
Furthermore, Go Kyung-pyo’s choice of fashion has recently been a popular topic of discussion. While showing a photo of Go Kyung-pyo in his distinct attire, Zico questioned, “Were you confident in your appearance when you took that selfie?”Go Kyung-pyo responded, “There is no definitive answer for everything in life. It may not be easy for others to pull off this outfit as well as I did,”expressing his enjoyment if others appreciated his fashion sense.
Following his debut as a singer on “Zico’s Artist” , Go Kyung-pyo expressed his joy, stating, “I have always dreamt of performing in front of a large audience. It was such a fascinating experience. My mind was blown away.” The actor impressed the audience with his vocal abilities as he sang Lyn’s “I Loved You” , a song by John Legend, and a special duet with Zico.
The upcoming episode of KBS’s “The Seasons – Zico’s Artist”will be broadcasted on June 14th at 10 p.m.
