Go Min-si’s Diet Plan for Reaching 43kg: “Iced Latte, Seaweed, and 2 Eggs Daily”

Recently, an unreleased clip titled “43kg Go Min-si Diet Plan”surfaced on the “117”YouTube channel.

In the footage, Go Min-si shared her weight loss journey, shedding pounds to reach 43kg for her character Yoo Seong-ah in Netflix’s series “The Frog.”She revealed, “During the filming of the drama, my daily intake consisted of an iced latte, a packet of seasoned seaweed, and two boiled eggs.”

When DEX questioned, “Is it possible to function on that?”, her reply was, “Surprisingly, my focus actually increases. Eating makes me drowsy, but with less food, I remain more alert and attentive.”

DEX then added, “I recently took part in a motorcycle race, and the director advised me to avoid eating all day. The reasoning was that hunger heightens one’s senses. Don’t you notice you feel sharper when you’re hungry?”

Go Min-si concurred, admitting, “Absolutely, eating tends to make you drowsy. I dislike that sensation. I can’t stand feeling sluggish or lacking energy.”
