Gojo with Yuta’s abilities would have plundered Sukuna’s chances of victory in Jujutsu Kaisen

Despite being known as the strongest sorcerer among fans, Satoru Gojo from Jujutsu Kaisen ultimately lost his battle against the King of Curses, Ryomen Sukuna. This led fans to speculate and brainstorm potential strategies that could have given Gojo a better chance at defeating Sukuna.

As fans are aware, Jujutsu Sorcerer Yuta Okkotsu possesses the incredibly powerful Cursed Technique known as Copy. Therefore, many fans speculate that if Satoru Gojo were to also possess Yuta’s abilities along with his Six Eyes, he would have easily defeated Ryomen Sukuna. But how would this have been possible?

This article includes spoilers from the Jujutsu Kaisen manga.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Satoru Gojo with Yuta’s abilities would have become overpowered

A Reddit user with the handle u/Explorador_D_Web, who is a fan of Jujutsu Kaisen, came up with a theory about what would happen if the abilities of Satoru Gojo and Yuta Okkotsu were to be exchanged. The user suggested that while Gojo would retain his Six Eyes, Yuta would still possess Rika Orimoto.

This would ultimately result in Satoru Gojo losing his Limitless ability and instead gaining access to Yuta Okkotsu’s Cursed Technique Copy.

If such a switch were to occur, Satoru Gojo would become even more powerful. With Six Eyes and Copy, he would have the ability to utilize any Cursed Technique. Nevertheless, the original version would still be superior thanks to Gojo’s Six Eyes.

One advantage of a potential switch is that Gojo could reclaim Limitless from Yuta. This would result in Gojo losing nothing, but gaining additional cursed techniques in his repertoire.

Despite this, there is one argument that can confuse fans: that Limitless cannot be used without Six Eyes. If Yuta is unable to use Limitless, then Gojo would not be able to copy it from him. While this statement has been mentioned in the series, it is not entirely accurate.

Having the Limitless Cursed Technique should allow a person to utilize it. However, the problem is that the technique would be significantly less effective compared to a version used with Six Eyes. As a result, Yuta Okkotsu may only be capable of using Limitless once per day instead of being able to use it constantly like Gojo.

Therefore, in the event that Satoru Gojo were to obtain Yuta Okkotsu’s Cursed Technique, he would possess an unlimited supply of energy to enhance any ability within the series. However, without Rika by his side, Gojo may not have the ability to store techniques externally. This limitation may result in him being able to only copy three to four Cursed Techniques at a time.

Despite this, Gojo’s power remains unmatched as he has the ability to replicate techniques from both Limitless and Ryomen Sukuna, such as Divine Flames, Shrine, and the Ten Shadows Technique. In addition, he is also capable of copying Cursed Techniques like Blood Manipulation, Boogie Woogie, and Cursed Speech, making him a formidable opponent for the King of Curses.

Therefore, Yuta Okkotsu’s powers would have allowed Satoru Gojo to defeat Ryomen Sukuna, the King of Curses, and secure victory in Jujutsu Kaisen.
