On June 20th, Tenasia reported that actors Gong Yoo, Kim Go-eun, Han Hyo-joo, Soo-ae, and Ryu Deok-hwa, along with married couple Jeon Su-rin and soccer player Kim Ki-hee, have all purchased homes in Afer Hangang, Seobinggo-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
Gong Yoo bought an apartment measuring 240.70㎡, while Kim Go-eun, Han Hyo-joo, and the couple Ryu Deok-hwa and Jeon Su-rin each own houses measuring 241.32㎡. Soo-ae’s apartment is 246.18㎡ and professional soccer player Kim Ki-hee’s house is 226.87㎡. All of these properties were purchased in full cash, with the exception of Ryu Deok-hwa and his wife who purchased their apartment under her name.
Based on the real estate market, the average cost of an apartment in Afer Hangang is 6 billion won, while a penthouse can reach up to 12 billion won. Currently, the price of a typical apartment has risen to approximately 9~10 billion won.
