On October 14, the trailer for an upcoming video featuring Gong Yoo was unveiled on Chae Jung-an’s YouTube channel. This video offers a sneak peek into an authentic discussion between the two stars as they fondly recall their shared experiences on the set.
Gong Yoo and Chae Jung-an starred together in the acclaimed 2007 MBC drama “Coffee Prince,”which remains a cherished favorite among fans. When reflecting on how the story might have changed had their characters, Han Yoo-joo (played by Chae Jung-an) and Choi Han-gyeol (portrayed by Gong Yoo), ended up as a couple, both agreed, expressing that “They likely would have enjoyed a happy life together.”
Gong Yoo elaborated, stating, “I believe Han Yoo-joo and Choi Han-gyeol would not have encountered many real-life conflicts, so they would have had a fulfilling relationship.”
He also complimented Chae Jung-an, remarking, “Noona (Chae Jung-an) was stunning back then. Many people consider that to be her prime. Acting alongside her was effortless. She truly embodied the essence of a first love due to her beauty.”
